OUR SERVICES
We provide excellent and experienced Healthcare Assistants, Nurses, and Support workers with specific skills on request, to patient with complex needs and continuing care needs. Our services are tailored to meet the individual care requirement.
Our Enhanced Reablement services provide planned short term, intensive support to users returning home after stay in hospital. The aim is to help support individuals restore confidence and independence by focusing on improving their ability to carry out daily living skills to do as much as they can for themselves, rather than someone performing such task for them. We work in partnership with all medical professionals, involved such as the Discharged teams and Occupational therapists to ensure optimum recovery is fully achieved. Our Night care visits involve: Sleeping Night and Waking Night This is service is designed for user who requires someone available for them to provide a limited amount of care throughout the night Our Sleeping Night service has been designed to promote confidence and independence for those who do not require complex or on-going support throughout the night.
