Our care workers are employed for their professional attributes, reliability, dedication, honesty and sensitivity. They undergo a comprehensive interview and they are screened for these qualities. Their references are checked by phone and confirmed in writing. All our care workers are given induction and instruction on all aspects of care and related procedures.
