Training
A unique focus on continuous training and development of our workers is our fundamental strength of excellence. We provide remarkable induction training program in respect of the domiciliary care service is designed to meet, and where possible exceed, the National Minimum Care Standards, published by the Department of Health and Social care, monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with an outcome focused approach and a people oriented fashion. Further ongoing training, appraisal, supervision and support are provided as needed.
